Oh yeh, having been in the call centre industry most of my life, I really appreciate proper headsets. These are the Jabra Evolve2 75's...still pretty much top of the line and way above what the plebs get issued. There's been an 85 released since, but I think it's just got an extra 2 mics & ear cups

Always mic problems at Evolve2 75 after a few months of work
Exactly what we've seen on this model. We've seen a MUCH higher failure rate on that particular model, compared to all other headset models. The annoying part is the original Evolve 75 also had a similar issue, so you would think Jabra R&D would have been extra cautious with the Evolve2 75 design. J

Wireless Headset for Teams on Mac
I use the Jabra Evolve 2 75. I use it in Windows as well but it is a Teams certified headset. The Jabra direct software is available for MAC as well. I have had this headset for over 2 years now with no issues.

Evolve2 75 headband quality
I had the same problem with my Evolve2 75, my friend. It’s very clear that the low durability of these headphones was a design choice and is called planned obsolescence. I switched to the Poly Voyager which, although not as stylish as the Jabra, are built to last. I’ve been very satisfied since then

Always mic problems at Evolve2 75 after a few months of work
Yeah, totally agree with this. We’ve run into the same issues with the Evolve2 75 — failure rate is definitely higher than with other Jabra headsets, and it reminds me a lot of the problems we saw with the original Evolve 75. On the Evolve2 85, same story here with the mic boom. It almost always cra

Need a headset that is wireless (not Bluetooth preferably) for work
Ignore the WH62 and WH66, unless you're getting a really good deal, as they are end of life. The HA64 and WH64 are the same. No difference other than the screen. Both are solid headsets, but if you need more noise cancelling the WH68 with ANC is worth a look. The Jabra Evolve2 75 is great until the m

Very disappointed with Jabra support: Evolve2 75
The Jabra Evolve 2 65 Flex is worse, the folding joint made of plastic breaks eventually too. When this happens you end up with a totally unusable headphone. At least with the Evolve 2 75 you have Bluetooth headset just without microphone. That is why the evolve 3 series all have joint made of metal

Evolve2 75 headband quality
This is the most expensive Jabra headset I've owned and was the worst quality-per-dollar investment IMO. Quite disappointed by this model and I really wanted to like it. The discreet boom arm is great! But I don't see the point of using it without the boom mic as its the sole reason these types of h

After 2 failing Evolve 2 75s, I can confidently say they are trash
The same thing happened to me with the Jabra Evolve2 75. and the boom microphone stopped working. My customers couldn’t hear me anymore. I strongly assume it’s manufactured in China and is simply junk. I have completely lost my trust in Jabra and will never buy a Jabra product again. I paid €250 for
