I don’t feel super comfortable making a specific product recommendation; I think it’s too dependent on individual needs. What I will say: I had a Roomba Combo j7+ for a few years. I had a Roomba Combo j7+ for a few years and the mop was terrible. I upgraded recently to a Dreame L50 Ultra recently and the mop is way better. So I’d say it depends on the model. Please convince me if I should upgrade because "I want to" - or talk me out of it
I had a Roomba J7+ before and I don't see a big difference. I value the vacuuming over the mopping so I guess you're right mopping is better.

Saros 10R - Amazon Sale
Coming from my roomba j7+ I would say save your money on the 10R, yes it mops pretty well but the vacuum part on my low pile is nowhere near as good.

Warranty voiding time
Newer J7+ melted contacts are a continuing issue. On my second cleaning/charging station. That one is melting too. I am now off warrenty. My solution is to purchase a J7 (not plus) charging station. Roomba will return to the standard station and charge. It knows not to empty bin. Simple solution. Ma

Recommendations for a robot vacuum cleaner for hardwood floor
These have vacuuming and moping capabilities: iRobot Roomba Combo j7+ Roborock S7+ Ecovacs Deebot T10+ Bissell SpinWave R5 I personally would not get one because chairs and other objects need to be moved around to clean properly. So I recommend one of these instead: Bissell CrossWave, Tineco iFloor

“Vac & Mop” vs “Vac followed by Mop”
I always use vac & mop on my Z70 and I can’t really say I’ve had an issue with it tbh. My old Roomba J7+ would get covered in wet dust underneath/inside (mop-only wasn’t an option with it) though. I can’t figure out how to configure mine to even do a full vacuum then mop run - do you have to create
