There's definitely an NZ2, but I'm from the UK and watched it on BBC iPlayer. The VPN I use (IPVANISH) is paid for and costs about £35 ($44 ish I guess) for the year but you can alter locations. I don't think there are many reliable free ones, there used to be data limits on free ones when I looked

My short term solution is using ExpressVPN and connect to Singapore. ExpressVPN has no physical PH server. Instead, subscribe to hide.me or IPVanish since they have physical server in PH.

Do you have a VPN? If not, get one. IPVanish works best with K/L subs. Try different server locations with IPVanish, New York works from experience.

Ipvanish, можно найти за 1-2$ на пол года-год на плати маркете или подобных сайтах, никогда не буду юзать ничего кроме этого впна, он сам по себе очень хорош с миллионом серверов и стран и 100%й стабильностью, так еще и стоит считай что ноль
