You can get a 360 camera like the GoPro Max or the Insta360 X5 and just place it in the middle and leave it recording - then in the app you can create this perfect rotation, it comes with pre-made movement templates also.

What do you mean by 360 “VR”? Usually that means 360 3D, and the reference on a budget would be an Insta360 Pro2. But if your budget is under the R5C, forget about the Pro2, too. I feel like all the limitations we have against insta360 x5 are all software based, because hardware wise it's better than X5 out of the box. So in future updates it will eventually become better than the X5 as well as the editing studio

That’s the problem with the insta360 stuff right now. They leverage TOO Much On the AI stuff inside the camera. I’ve moved away from a insta360 X5 to the DJI Osmo 360, just because the file it produces it’s more “natural” and easier to edit with the 10Bit colours. The videos from the X5 can be nice
