Quality control in Chinese companies like KTC, INNOCN, TITAN ARMY, TCL is terrible, you can get two same monitors one very good and another bad. Your position doesn't have anything to do with LD, but with edge blooming.

Not sure how much hdr matters for you but I’ve been going back and forth with their support on Amazon for the 27 inch version with a higher dimming zone count. Neither 25 inch nor 27 have gotten VESA certified displayHDR 1000. That means the hdr spec is just pulled from thin air and is all marketing

Good to know the innocn isn't as good, was curious about that one. Yeah it's sad those of us that want 24/25 inch options for 1440p monitors are so limited in the US.
