On the bike nutrition for endurance race?
+1 on the “don’t try something new on race day” advice. Hammer has Perpeteum, which is recommended over their Gels and HEED products for longer lasting efforts - obviously you can mix/match as needed. I like it and find it effective when used with long sustained efforts. Infinit Nutrition has Go-Far

Whats your go to hydration mix?
Skratch High Carb here! And maybe an electrolyte added - like Nuuns or something.I also had good results with Infinite Nutrition Go-Far but it has too much sugar for me hence the switch to Skratch High Carb.Before that I used Hammer Nutrition Perpetuem but I think I am in the 1% of people not offend
