Pessoalmente tenho os HyperX Cloud III Wireless e não podia está mais satisfeito. Não tem qualquer tipo de equalização (O que para mim é uma vantagem), som cristalino, bass razoável. i feel you on the plastic cracking thing. had three headsets die that exact way before i switched. hyperx cloud ii is actually known for lasting forever - metal yokes and aluminum frame. been using mine for four years now and it still feels solid. cloud iii is newer so not as proven yet. also check

Problem with software NGENUITY
Same thing with my Cloud III S but the wireless dongle doesn't connect to the headset. When I wire up the headset the software doesn't recognize anything. But like you Windows sees it but still nothing works. This is on HP, really know how to fuck long time customers of HyperX by releasing inferior
