Update headset within beta app, then download Revo uninstaller and get rid of the beta, it's bloatware and you'll get worse audio quality and a quieter microphone. After Revo uninstalling the beta, use the regular ngenuity app and download DTS unbound from Windows store, be sure to select 3s wireles

Select the real headphone "Speaker (2- HyperX Cloud III S Wireless)" with the brand and models name > open DTS unbound > activate > open ngenuity beta > spatial audio > enable 12D > disable 12D > Enjoy. Other devices are virtual thus DTS license ain't given to them, but the real device has DTS:X lic
