My HP Victus laptop webcam is acting weird and I can’t figure out the issue.
i ran into this on a victus last month. check if you accidentally hit the privacy shutter hotkey - fn+f8 or something similar physically disables the camera on hp laptops. also go to device manager, right click the camera under imaging devices, disable it, wait 10 seconds, then enable again. windows
