You probably don't need your CPU boosting that hard for most games. Disable boost or lower it and you won't see it throttle so bad. Blade 16 speaker are unfortunately average and still better than many competitors (better than Area 51, HP Omen Max, XMG Neo 16, etc.). Asus has been making very good speakers for years on their Zephyrus line, reaching even higher levels since last year.
