I took a cursory look, and it seems the HP Envy x360 does support an active stylus. So with enough effort it can be a graphics tablet. Though by the time you have a compatible driver board to use touch and pen as well, you might be better off buying a used graphics tablet, or a Surface Pro, etc.

It is a HP Envy x360. Bought it during 2021 and def regret it. I paid around $1200 after tax for it. (NEver realized for the specs, it is WAY overpriced and also it is supposed to be a laptop for office work, not gaming)
