That has a quad core Zen+ chip from 2019. The seller is being misleading by not informing people about the CPU model. Yes, there are tons of viable competitors to the Macbook Neo from Windows laptop vendors, but this isn't it. Frankly, it's a good idea avoid Amazon entirely when shopping for laptops

Walmart $300 HP Ryzen 3 14" Laptop
Hi,
This is the most incredible laptop I've ever used. They are supposed to get faster, but this thing is so inexpensive and so powerful! Ryzen 3 w/ a Radeon GPU, it's just amazing.
I'm running Linux Mint Cinnamon on it. It installed easily, no problems, no extra drivers to hunt for.

So I decided to download BeamNG 0.3.8.1 on my HP 14’’ laptop with an AMD Ryzen 3 3200U and Vega onboard graphics to see if it could run old Beam (it did). I went to the graphics menu, and I don’t think I’ve ever laughed this hard at a BeamNG settings menu 💀

Is Lenovo way better for Linux systems than Dell?
So I'm looking for a new laptop for university. I'm currently try to set a foot into the world of cyber security and after my current laptop, due to low performance, can't handle many of the things I have to run on it (two virtual machines at once, virus scanner programs don't terminate etc.
