i recently started using hotspot shield vpn for this which is good for windows (im pretty sure) and proton vpn is good for roblox too. hotspot shield is also pretty well known so it should be safe

If you’re using wifi it’s possible that it may be blocked on that network, use a vpn see if that changes anything- hotspot shield is what I use, it’s free just click proceed with basic it may try to trick you into paying but you don’t need to, been using that app for years and it never failed me so
