Looking for a controller/pad for tokon!
Best PS5 fight pad that I've found is the Hori Fighting Commander OCTA. Been using that one for several years now and I love it. Good button placement, dpad feels great. Very responsive. Highly recommended.

Anyone else experience this
Stop using that aberration called TrashSense DPad. The ignorance in the fgc about controllers sickens me, fr. 99% don't know shlt about controllers or good dpads for fighting games. It's pathetic af. Get a Victrix Pro BFG DPad, a Hori Fighting Commander Octa, two greatest examples. Basically search

I got the Hori Fighting Commander Octa. The analog stick is really nice (you can feel each direction) and it has a pretty good d-pad.

How to make this game easier on me?
I know many people swear by it, but just like you, the PS4 D-pad wasn't comfortable for me, either. Controllers
Sure thing. This might get a little lengthy lol. Victrix. Pros: Modular, so you can do six face buttons or four, will work well with other games too. You can change out analog sticks. Has three d-pad options. D-pad moves and responds really well. Cons. Too expensive. Also, the buttons are microswitc

What controller do you use for this game?
I’m on ps5 using Hori octa controller. Originally bought for mk1 and love the layout and clicky feel of the buttons. I just wish the d pad was clicky as well

How do you feel about the Victrix Pro BFG reloaded for fighting games?
Not the pro right? I have the hori octa non pro, after breaking in the d pad it started to feel really good. I just recently saw a review video of this pad, I’m really considering it.

For people who play with controllers, what do you prefer to use for movement?
Yeah Hori Octa original and pro is my favourite pad I ever used personally, Mostly cause you can use it for year or more without the d pad getting busted. I never cared about the individual buttons. I played on playstation pad my whole life and I had no issues whatsoever swapping over to the one pie
