I Smoke Weed and I Kick My Cat Out of My Room When I Do, Is That Okay?
Honeywell makes some good air purifiers that are quiet and have a dimmer function for nighttime. A little more expensive, but reliable. I have an HPA200 and HPA 300 that have been running 24/7 for years.

AIO about air quality
Hey, I live in a studio apt sized space and like to cook meats on high heat. I have a Honeywell hepa air purifier hpa300 that on the higher fan speeds will absolutely suck all the smoke created in a matter of seconds. I can’t speak on its ability to reduce particles I don’t have a meter or anything

Air purifier Request in the US
AVOID BLUEAIR. If your unit breaks they will not offer replacement parts(out of warranty) on discontinued models even if only a few years old. I bought a $900 unit and bought over$3k in filters and the fan went bad after a few years and they would not provide a fix. Only offered me a small discount

Dust allergy and affordable air purifiers? What’s the verdict?
I've had two cheaper ones, like the IKEA one, and honestly, they didn't do much for my hayfever. I think for air purifiers you need to get a good quality one, which can be a bit more expensive. Some good ones that I've heard of: - Honeywell HPA300 - Levoit Core 600S

Best Air Purifiers for Home Use? Recommendations Needed
Honeywell HPA300 is an absolute unit. Not the prettiest thing but it WORKS. We have severe dust allergies and two shedding dogs, and this thing keeps our living room air surprisingly clean. It's a bit loud on high but the lower settings are fine for background noise. Filters are reasonably priced to

IsItBullshit: The claim that using an air purifier can significantly improve indoor air quality?
I have the Honeywell hpa300 and it's great. Make sure anyone you pick has standard sized filters. I always buy the off branded ones since they're much cheaper.

What's the best air purifier or brand to buy for home currently that has HEPA filters?
Honeywell makes good air purifiers. They're manually controlled, so not a smart device, but I have 4 of them in my home running 24/7 and they have been going for 6 years without any problems. I bought the HPA300 model. They need regular prefilter changes, and annual hepa filter changes. The replacem

Air Purifier Suggestions?
The NYT just did a review and ranked the Coway Airmega 200 as the best air purifier. They're under $200. I bought two and like them a lot so far. They have an ionizer, but you can turn it off. They're quiet and move a good amount of air. There are two types -- one has a large circular front and suck

Air purifiers that get rid of cat hair in the air
I use the Honeywell HPA 300. It is a bit pricy, but it does an amazing job on odors, and also a really good job on pet hair. One unit is not going to cover an entire house though. It is more like one unit per large room for pet hair issues.
