Vou discordar. Para mim o principal é o sensorial na xícara. E acho que o R3 Pro nos espressos é superior ao hibrew G5 e Starseeker E55pro.

i mean sure your setup works, but there's much better options out there for 50k hibrew g5 iirc is bad, not worth at all for 19k, you're much better off getting a df54/64 or a mischief mini which is more vfm cheap scales work fine, I've been rocking a 300 inr scale for 7 months, 0.1g accuracy, works

As user mentioned above, best choices for you: Kingrinder K6, Timemore c5 esp, or Timemore whirly (electric) At 18k and above you have J ultra which is Espresso focussed, perhaps the best out there. K ultra is more expensive but an all rounder. But you can also check Hibrew g5 but probably Baratza e

I have had my Hibrew G5 a month. It’s starting to stall on the low speed grinding 20g. When I grind at the higher speed it changes my shot times. I hit start and slow feed. It has a little more static than my DF54 but I don’t spray my beans.

Has anyone tried using it together with the Hibrew G5 electric coffee grinder? I just can’t seem to dial in the right grind size with the IMS competition basket. With the stock filter the coffee is decent, but with the IMS filter it turns out bad.
