Studio

The integrated pointing device is awesome! The gesture pads get in the way more than they help IMO, but they’re easy to disable. There’s too much “lip” in the front, but I understand why they did it (to put mouse buttons there). It would be nicer if that lip extension was limited to the area in the

HHKB hoarder here, if you are after the classic topre feel, forget about the studio, gesture pad is cool until you put a wrist rest there and the two front gesture pads become unusable. Love the mouse buttons, I just wish they have the topre version for Studio.

update: decided against getting the studio (for now) due to the part on the keycaps being hard to find means I will need to get the one colour I like and stick with it (snow/white) You guys were right, I don't think I will end up using the extra features as much (nipple and gesture pads) I like topr

If you get an alu case, wouldnt gestures become useless? Also I love aluminium cases but to me HHKB studio feels like it was made to be carried around so getting a hefty alu case kinda feels wrong for me.
