I have herman miller mirra 2 for more than 5 years. These ergonomic chairs kind of force you to sit the right way otherwise they will be uncomfortable. The quality of it is also no bueno - the back of it got small cracks after a while. And there is always tons of dust under the seat. So idk, i proba

Just got a Leap V2!

Just got a leap v2 a few weeks ago and I love it! Tried a herman miller aeron, a herman miller mirra 2, and the leap v2 and the leap just felt right. Maybe because it was the most adjustable. Regardless, I love it. Congrats!

Herman miller hype

So, I finally got a chair last week after a month or two of researching, reading Reddit posts, watching YouTube reviews. What finally made the decision was going to a Herman Miller store and actually sitting in chairs. After all the research I had a plan to go sit in a Mirra 2 and if I didn't fall i

Plush and ergonomic chairs for those who cross their legs? Long hours in chair

Ergonomic chairs tend to be on the assertive side with firmer backrests. Not sure if we can recommend something too plushy. Maybe a bit more cushion - I'm thinking Obusforme Comfort, Steelcase Amia, or Hon Ignition. I've heard the Leap has a bit of flex in the seat. Our favourite refurbishers that y

My back is officially gone. Suggest me a good chair 🙏

After using herman miller mirra 2 chair for 8 months, i can confidently say no chair is gonna help do some stretching exercises and get a seat cushion

Is spending more on a chair actually worth it?

I disagree. You have plenty of people over here trying to make their steelcases or herman millers comfortable by purchasing purple pillows etc. Who cares if the warranty is for 12 or 20 years. I've been testing Gesture (Overengineered - just look at the promotional video for it, it's like Steve Jobs

This is honestly the worse sub if you're trying to find a chair

I would stay far far away from Herman Miller mesh chairs if you can't try them. I purchased and returned an Aeron and Mirra 2 and both turned out horrible. I have a Leap at home and ergoCentric at work and I would probably recommend and ergoCentric or traditional style ergonomic chair going in blind

Rant: This subreddit is probably the worst place to actually get advice on what chair to buy

It's funny, I just bought an Aeron yesterday after a month of reading Reddit reviews and watching Youtube videos. I went to a Herman Miller store to sit in them, I was actually there thinking I was going to get the Mirra, or if I didn't fall in love with the Mirra upon sitting on it, I was going to

Ergonomic office chair worth the money?

I have a Herman miller embody at home. And I didn’t even realise at work we had Herman miller mirras probs bought second hand. Honestly nothing too special about these chairs for back pain/sciatica, maybe I would be worse off without them but I think if you were to sit in one without knowing the bra
