I have herman miller mirra 2 for more than 5 years. These ergonomic chairs kind of force you to sit the right way otherwise they will be uncomfortable. Update: Yes, they bought the wrong one. Today I'm at the office and my office Mirra does not have the adjustable front lip. My used and much repaired chair at home is actually better than the one at the office. Update: I prowled the office and there are a few (I guess) newer chairs with the adjustab

I would stay far far away from Herman Miller mesh chairs if you can't try them. I purchased and returned an Aeron and Mirra 2 and both turned out horrible. I have a Leap at home and ergoCentric at work and I would probably recommend and ergoCentric or traditional style ergonomic chair going in blind
