It’s a HALO collar. Their main draw is ability geofence but many user reports of the collar delivering uncommanded stim/shocks due to poor gps accuracy.

Been using the halo collar 5 lately and it’s actually been good for everyday usetracking feels solid and i’m not constantly checking if the location is wrong or delayed.. the virtual fence has been reliable for me too so farI looked at cheaper ones before but a lot of them seemed kinda inconsistent

If it actually solves that indoor-to-outdoor GPS delay, that’s already a big improvement. Faster Halo Collar GPS connectivity and steadier real-time tracking would honestly make it a lot more reliable day to day.
