8 inch display, I would totally get this over GPD Win5, but gonna be crazy expensive in the states

Many U5 games run poorly on every single handheld, even the new ones that cost a fortune. It depends on the game, but many of them are unoptimized garbage that struggle even on a 4060, which is about the max performance you can get out of a handheld (gpd Win5 for $1800).

Gpd win5 but its also crazy expensive and you have to carry around external batteries because it doesn't have one built it lol. Ive also seen several posts of people having quality control issues with it too . Go figure lol.

The price is high, but yes the screen is absolutely worth it. Imagine paying ~$2500 for something like a top performing GPD Win5 for an LCD screen, lmao. Thanks for the information. I have seen a couple stores in Aliexpress selling the win5 but way too overpriced, like 2000+ euros for the base 395 model. I'm waiting for the official gpd store to have it available.
