Filming storage for tournaments?

Storage is cheap - get a 256 or 512 GB card and don't worry about having enough space. For reference, I shoot at 4K/30FPS on the drone and use about 30-40GB per game (pausing between points to save editing time). You can check out a chart like this one to give you a sense of how much you'll need for

Unintentionally raced the CTA brown line

Gopro Hero 12 Black. The footage looks much better than that clip demonstrates. Using free Streamable so it's 720p resolution and compressed to hell.

My little buddy, normally a bit of a "my pace slowpoke" 😂, wanted to run today 😁

GoPro Hero12 Black! First time using it and absolutely loved it. I have the camera on a strap around my neck, and then I put my backpack straps over that to keep everything snug & no bouncing.

New Diver GoPro Setup

I’ve done a total of eight dives. I’m using a GoPro Hero 12 Black with the clear protective housing and the floating hand grip. I only have dived to about 60 feet and my videos all look amazing. Both of us should be focusing on improving our diving skills instead of making sick edits but this works

Best Way To Record?

I feel this a lot. You don’t want to miss the moment just to record it. Honestly, the issue isn’t really the gear, it’s how you’re using it. If you try to capture everything, you’ll always feel stuck behind your phone. What helped me was setting simple rules. I only take a few short clips at each pl

Best place to get a video camera?

Been doing a ton of recording with the GoPro Hero 12 Black this year and it really does a lot. It can shoot in 1080 and 4K. Also a bunch of settings that you can tinker with - e.g. time lapse, night shots w/ high exposure, etc. The media mod upgrade has a pretty decent mic, and the standard one it c

Camera for intra-operative teaching

Check out GoPro HERO12 Black or HERO11. It has 4k support and live streaming via WiFi or HDMI should be easy. Of course you’ll need a head mount for it.

Best cam for my use case? Vlogging work processes

My experience is limited to GoPro and Osmo cams, so between the Hero 12 Black and the Action 5 you'll get better low light performance from the Osmo. I have a couple of each and it's always the GoPro for bright daylight and the Osmo for low light. Good luck, good shooting!

Good video camera

If you’re leaning towards the GoPro side, get the Hero 12 or 13 Black Just be warned that GoPros are notorious for overheating if you’re just letting them sit and record long clips in 4K with no airflow. If you’re planning on doing stuff where you’re moving like biking or hiking then it’s fine but f
