do nest wifi pro nodes only connect to the nest wifi pro router or can they can connect to each other wirelessly?
It's more complicated than that, but there are a few things to consider. First, Nest WiFi Pro runs the (hidden) mesh interconnect on the 6GHz band, which is (still) subject to lower transmit power constraints than 5GHz is. It sounds like that may be the issue here. Second, yes -- in theory, they wil

Deco M4 vs X60 vs XE75 Pro vs BE25 in terms of range and reliability
I just got rid of my Nest Wi-Fi Pro and went for the BE65 because Google still haven't fixed a bug that impacts PPPoE connections and eventually caused their network to grind to a halt every 28 hours. The BE65 is great.

What Generation is Your Wi-Fi?
I've been using the Google Nest Wifi Pro for years and after recently changing from an ISP that uses DHCP, to an ISP that uses PPPoE authentication, I was very annoyed to find Google still hadn't fixed a bug whereby the Nest Pro would always underread the speed tests and automatically adjust the QoS

Is the Google Nest Wifi Pro decent? It's 53% off on Amazon.
This. I have had nothing but random dropouts and head aches after 4 months of using Google Nest WiFi Pro 6E. They're going into my technology grave yard tomorrow.

Finally switched to TP-Link Deco
I switched to Deco on Thursday and went for a 3 pack of the BE63 which is also known as a 9300. Setup was really easy with the app, as is the ability to give each device a name and also, you can lock devices down to only connect to specific access points which has resolved a few issues I had with th

Nest pro slow
Are you with a provider that relies on PPPoE to authenticate to the Internet by any chance? I am, and would find running speed tests in the Google Home app, they would massively under report and eventually, the Nest Wifi Pro would need a reboot. You're lucky to last 5 days. I believe turning off clo

Old Google Nest Wifi unreliable
I ended up recently (a month or so ago ) experiencing the same problem with Google Nest WiFi mesh - router was fine but the mesh kept getting offline couldn’t figure out what’s up… it worked fine for couple of years before - and then suddenly hit all kinds of problems… ended up upgrading to Nest WiF

Switching Google home to Gemini, worth it?
"Sorry, I didn't understand" 99% of the time. I can ask the weather, ask it to turn on a light or a smart plug, to play music, it doesn't matter. I've retrained the voice, set the sensitivity, rebooted and rebuilt the entire network, it just fails non-stop. On the regular, if I ask it to turn off th
