Managed to grab this thing for 20 dollars on clearance at Microcenter

The wired mice were genuinely just a good bargain. They weren't special or anything but they had the new novelty of cutouts to lower shape at a much lower price. Spec wise they were incredibly average. Glorious price:quality went off a cliff once the gmmk pro keyboard came out

Terrible buildquality

On rule of thumb dealing with *any* hotswap socket is always to have something behind the PCB to support the thing, so that the force goes throught the plastic part to the support when pressing a switch in, not from the plastic part to the solder patches. And that's not only with Glorious boards as ...

GMMK Pro Prebuilt - $48.75 out the door

Yeah yeah, we all know the GMMK Pro sucks but how miserable is your life that someone posts something they're excited about and your first thought is to shit on it? I'd feel bad for people who leave comments like this if they weren't so damn insufferable. Unlucky indeed.

GMMK pro constant chattering $400 papeweight

Had similar issue and installing QMK fixed it. I used a firmware posted on reddit. It should be this one https://github.com/gourdo1/qmk_firmware/tree/PR-branch-2023-Q2/keyboards/gmmk/pro/rev1/ansi/keymaps/gourdo1

I bought a special spacebar for my keyboard (Wooting60HE) and I need help

So seeing this post and having the same issue got me wanting to dig further into it. One thing I noticed is that the space bar causing the issue is not level It has an upwards curve on both sides. In fact if I press on one side the other side is significantly raised unlike the Wooting, Glorious, or ...

2nd custom keyboard

That's cheap. At that price the GMMK Pro is actually not a bad deal. Still annoying the gasket mount doesn't work, but for 50 euros, that's a good buy.

GMMK pro constant chattering $400 papeweight

Yeah but those other parts don't mean the paperweight is $400 ;) You can re-use those when you get a decent board. Have you tried setting a different latency setting? It may be set at 2ms Adjust Latency 2ms FN + D + 1 8ms FN + D + 3 16ms (Default) FN + D + 5 I have a GMMK pro... had similar issues.....

GMMK 3 PRO HE?

I would not recommend gmmk pro 3. I would also not recommend Glorious' keyboards to get into the keyboard hobby either. Been there, done that with their Gmmk Pro. For similar options that I can think of is Keychron and Monsgeek

Terrible buildquality

Made the same mistake but fortunately in time to fix it. Bought a GMMK Pro and then found this subreddit. I sent it back unopened.
