So is Glorious just taking the money and running?

They promised improvements to their software ages ago, never came. Key assignments and lighting still doesn’t work properly on both of the GMMK Pro 3’s we have in the house. Horrible software, bad QC, way overpriced. We’re done with Glorious.

whats wrong with my software ?

The problem is that you’re using the glorious software.. It’s terrible. I flashed VIA onto my GMMK pro. There’s guides on how to do it on the support pages.

Having a very hard time choosing a keyboard

Only adding that the current line of gmmk pros are ... trash. 3 in, 3 refunded, all had exact same issue, the (not sure what they called, thing that is attached to back of pcb that connects to switches) fell off on various keys, some already loose inside keyboard when I opened, and on the others, th

Having a very hard time choosing a keyboard

Yea sadly glorious has.. even at the start, kind been slipping. The FIRST run of GMMK pro(which is what this one is) I got on preorder and it has been epic. I have had a few issues with some keycaps (specifically the space bar knocking on the front edge of the case which resulted in either stuck key

So is Glorious just taking the money and running?

Trying to configure my gmmk pro to work with my Mac has been so frustrating, I thought about buying a new keyboard completely. The glorious software is unbelievably bad and especially on Mac lol.

Keyboard recommendations

120 percent or 120 keys? o.O Full size is what u describe - (normal keyboard alpha-numeric + fkeys top row + arrow and function keys then + numpad on right side) And u can get a 80% (which is what I believe the wooting 80 is) he, he = hall effect (magnetic switches, NOT mechanical, but most magnetic

Which one

I have the GMMK Pro 3 HE. Beautiful keyboards, love the sound, but I can absolutely confirm the Glorious Core software is garbage. It’s so bad I’m looking at new keyboards (RGB is a pain to change, profile switching doesn’t work, actuation adjustments often times fail to save, totally unintuitive…).

Which one would you pick?

GMMK Pro sucks. It was good 5 years ago but not now when China is dominating the prebuilts. When I was upgrading from my $300 Corsair to GMMK pro, it was a massive upgrade. But now I own a Bridge75 and everything is better. The gmmk is far too stiff and the typing experience doesn’t feel good at all

Is Glorious in bad standing among the nerds?

The price point combined with the software issues are what puts people off. I have a GMMK Pro 3 that I wanted to love, but as a Mac user the software issues have put me off. I love the sound and feel of that board but it’s currently sitting in timeout.

Looking for a Quiet, Tactile 75% Keyboard with RGB – Inland MK Pro V2

If they have the older version still in stock they're clearing out the barebones for $40 which is an amazing deal. Aluminum instead of plastic. Gasket mount. Firmware is in the main QMK repo already. Wired so no chance of a battery fire. I would add Outemu Silent Yellow Jade or Silent Lemon switches
