Tailscale images are huge, and probably will not fit on the M16 version, especially if you are using the GL iNet 4.x firmware, which has very little free space. What about GL.iNet GL-AR300M16? Cheap. Micro USB powered. Can run current OpenWRT. You need to install Luci with the factory GUI, then you can just flash the current OpenWRT sysupgrade .bin. Ignore the warning, it works fine. Did 7 of those like that two weeks ago.
