Are you sure it is still capped at 35mbps in your neighborhood? I'd be surprised if they didn't at least have mid-split upload speeds of about 200-300 mbps most places by now, but I think you need a mid-split capable modem or gateway, and the CMTS/vCMTS has to be configured for it. If you can get ov
