What’s the single best monitor panel type for the next 4-5 years.

Weirdly, I have the opposite experience. I have an M27Q (IPS) and a G34 WQC-A (VA). My IPS monitor pops - the colours look fantastic, the contrast is great - I love it. My VA monitor looks "washed out" on standard settings. I need to bump the contrast to 100% to get it looking anything like the IPS

What’s the best gaming monitor people don’t regret buying? any suggestion pls?

a lot of solid setups end up sticking with Gigabyte monitors since they tend to hit that balance of smooth performance, good color, and long term reliability without the usual premium markup their m27q/m32q range in particular keeps getting picked because it just works well across both competitive a

Asus Proart display vs color calibrations tool

honestly the proart's main advantage is factory calibration and better panel binning. gigabyte's wide gamut (140% srgb) is actually harder to work with if you need accurate srgb content, it oversaturates everything unless the software handles color management properly. a calibration tool like a data

Asus Proart display vs color calibrations tool

If you want an accurate image in everything you do, it'll depend on how robust the M27Q's own controls are. You can't fix every color accuracy issue with a 2D-LUT alone and 3D-LUT's are only effective in specific applications that support them, and they're a huge hassle to learn to do correctly. You

Best 2k gaming monitors under 300$ to buy right now?

Yeah, I recently researched this a bit, and I looked at those two. The AOC Q27G3XMN easily has the highest brightness (700 lumens) on my spreadsheet, and it has a great 4000:1 contrast rating (it is VA not IPS), but it has a relatively low 2.7 ms gtg response - I haven't seen it though, so that migh

Purchasing my first pc and am looking for a good 1440p monitor that works well with my pc but also isn’t above £300, any recommendations?

To get a 1440p IPS display that is Freesync/G-SYNC enabled with 100-144 Hz refresh rates, the Gigabyte M27Q or ViewSonic VX2758-2KP can be used. For under 300pound, with good color reproduction, little input lag, and solid performance.

Gigabyte M27Q2 QD 27" 1440p monitor

Ok, this first point is subjective but the first thing on my mind is that that chin on the bottom bezel is an immediate dealbreaker, I am picky when it comes to front bezels. I use the original M27Q and I've covered the entire front bezel with a strip of electrical tape, covering both the front logo

Monitor alternatives for xg27acs

Been using 144hz for couple years now and it's perfect sweet spot for AAA gaming, especially with your setup. My friend has similar build with 7800xt and pulls around 80-120fps in most modern games at 1440p so 144hz gives you nice headroom Look into the LG 27GP850 or Dell S2721DGF - both are solid I
