You might also want to look at the Gemilai Ele (G3028A). It’s around $700 (depending on sales), so it sits nicely between the Go and the more expensive prosumer machines. It has a dual heating system (brew boiler + thermoblock for steam), dual PID, and an adjustable OPV, which is a pretty compelling

Which Beginner Machine to get?
Pansamantagal Gemilai 3028A + DF64. I suggest df64 since df54 is lacking to grind finer on medium to light roast with HE baskets. Then temperature and pressure control was a nice to have for more experiments.

I'm telling people to save the money and get the Gemilai 3007Z (Turin and MiCoffee Apex V2s). They are almost identical Differences--magnetic housing on 3028A.
