Kung ang focus mo is running, go for COROS Pace 4. It's more comparable to FR 265 than the 165 in terms of features. The Vivoactive line is more of a lifestyle watch than a sports watch.

Unfortunately the active 4 doesn't have enough ram / memory to support the app, the vivoactive 5 is the lowest supported model, sorry. Give it a try next time you upgrade!

The garmin is a far smaller watch at 42mm vs the Active 3 (45mm) or Max (48mm). I'd also caution that the Vivoactive is already 1 generation old and Garmin isn't great about supporting older models.
