I am a bit biased, since I switched from a Garmin Vivoactive 5 to the Active 3 Premium, so take my opinion with a grain of salt 🤣 ​I would choose the Active 3 Premium. Amazfit simply offers more features for less money. Features like offline maps (very handy when you go for a run in a new location)
