I was rocking the latest G-Shock Rangeman but it seemed like the Instinct 3 Solar Tactical was better in every way. Garmin's sleep tracking is not nearly as good as Fitbit or Apple. Some garmins (with older sensors) have third tier accuracy on HR. The Garmin venu 3s has a newer sensor ,( the elevate 4 sensor iirc?)and it's HR accuracy is on par with Fitbit. Others complain that Garmin build quality on some models

I have the Venu 3s! I’ve had mine since 2024 and it’s perfect still. Mr. Ambitious also has a Garmin and loves it! I like the data compilation a lot

I have the same wrist size but went with the Venu 3s because its only 41mm. That watch doesnt meet your needs but Im more comfortable with the smaller size and would recommend. My main complaint is the height of the watch - I catch it on walls just walking through hallways because it sticks out more

Yes I tried it out in store and its so beautiful! Especially compared to other watches. Also tried the Venu 3s and it was okay but there's no comparison.

Garmin 265s or the 570 42mm size if you have the budget. I would get these if you think she might really get into running If she just going to do it occasionally then venu 3s, it's a pretty garmin.
