I got it at the suggestion of a PT. I used for a month and then canceled my subscription (yesterday actually). I have a Garmin Venu watch and it does very similar plus a ton more. It’s more expensive but after the $90 for the visible band plus subscription I still thinks it’s a better value. Edit: a

I wish they'd lean into the Sense line. I decided to leave my Sense 1 for a Garmin Venu 3 about 9 months ago, and while there are a lot of things about the Garmin that I like, I have to admit that the fitbit algorithms are superior for health and sleep tracking. I could tell when I was getting sick

Part 2: I find it helpful to give myself a date I would like to be at a certain weight. Don't be overly aggressive with these goals, but you might say in 18 weeks I want to be 27 lbs lighter (1.5 lbs/week lost). I would also take photos of yourself maybe every 10 lbs or so, just so you can see the p

Agreed, I loved my PTR. I agree that Pebble's philosophy of complementing phones rather than miniaturizing them is ideal, which is why I've never cared for Apple Watches. That said, I've grown so accustomed to my Garmin Venu 3's HR monitoring and GPS activity tracking that I can't go back to Pebble.

I switched from a series 5 AW to a Garmin Venu 3 and the week long battery wasn’t worth the hassle of losing the features of an Apple Watch. I still took it off to shower and often would put it on the charger during that time anyways because otherwise I would just forget and it would wind up in low

I do own a Garmin Venu 3, but I won't be using it for Pokémon Sleep. I prefer sticking with my Go Plus + so I know all my sleep hours get counted.🙂 I move around so much early in the morning that I have to leave the Go Plus + on my bedside table for about 10 minutes before ending the sleep session.

If you like these, you’d probably love a Garmin device. The Connect IQ store is filled with data heavy faces, tons of them free as well. I don’t think I could go back (previously had a Venu 2) because I really love the tight integration, but I miss the battery life! The Venu 3 has tempted me, but I

The treadmill. I have the venu 3 and it's pretty inaccurate on the treadmill. It's trying to calculate it based on your movement so it'll never be perfect. If you have your Garmin synced with the runna app. You can start both at the same time and then stop them at the same time. Runna will keep the
