Should I still invest in Fitbit or is it a dead brand?

I wish they'd lean into the Sense line. I decided to leave my Sense 1 for a Garmin Venu 3 about 9 months ago, and while there are a lot of things about the Garmin that I like, I have to admit that the fitbit algorithms are superior for health and sleep tracking. I could tell when I was getting sick

Every time they say “But you need to charge it…” - this how I imagine Garmin users

I switched from a series 5 AW to a Garmin Venu 3 and the week long battery wasn’t worth the hassle of losing the features of an Apple Watch. I still took it off to shower and often would put it on the charger during that time anyways because otherwise I would just forget and it would wind up in low

Runna inaccuracy on treadmill

The treadmill. I have the venu 3 and it's pretty inaccurate on the treadmill. It's trying to calculate it based on your movement so it'll never be perfect. If you have your Garmin synced with the runna app. You can start both at the same time and then stop them at the same time. Runna will keep the

Why does it seem like so many younger people need CPAP machines now?

I have had a Garmin Venu and now a Venu 3, and both have pretty consistently read about 5% SpO2 below what a finger-clip meter says.

MIP lovers: what would you do when Garmin quits making MIP screen watches?

I'd switch to Coros.Frankly I feel like I'm tolerating Garmin, lately. Every single one of their new watches comes with less battery life than its previous models, the Fenix lineup is getting ridiculous, they didn't even bother making a small size MIP F8, the Venu 4 is now a 2 buttons only watch, al

Amazfit Balance vs Garmin Venu3

I moved from the Venu 3 to Amazfit, the main reason was the Garmin Connect App. I just prefer the Zepp App better, it’s great that it now pulls in food from Apple Health via the Lose It app. I have no issues with any of the Amazfit watches I have tried. Currently using the BIP 6 and the T-Rex 3 pro

This didn’t go as planned

I did the opposite: I switched from a Garmin Venu3, whose connected features I didn't use (they didn't work well and I didn't miss them), to my Apple Watch. I'm not a serious athlete—I walk, use the elliptical, and hike. I don't miss anything compared to Garmin; I find the software much more user-fr

What am I missing? Where's the catch with Amazfit?

and the venu3 is 449 dollars, versus the Active 2 under 100 my garmin epix pro 2 51mm was almost 1200 dollars, my Trex 3 from Amazfit, which does pretty much everything the Garmin does, was 234 dollars do the math, its a no brainer, Garmin is MEGA overpriced, period
