Need help picking a running watch – overwhelmed by choices

All watches do GPS, pace, cadence, most do elevation (more or less accurately), HR, multi sports etc The main differentiators are mapping on the watch, music, lifestyle metrics and then things like apple/garmin pay and training tools. Does anyone have any insights on this watch that they can share?
