Had enough of Cardio Load: Ordered a Garmin!
I’ve been considering the VA6 but I’ve been wearing my AW lately and am just getting by with third party apps. I love the charge 6 but hate the app. I kind of wish Garmin had widgets but that’s not a deal breaker. Tough to spend $300 on a watch when I have a perfectly good AW even though it’s a seri

Which Watch Buy?
I have both Vivoactive 6 and Balance 2 (XT). If you want simply track your GPS and HR and want a proper looking watch, Balance 2. If you want real recovery metrics and training plans, Vivoactive 6. Remember that it's a bit small device (only 42 mm) and looks quite cheap.

Update: Siri STILL fails to call 911 on LTE on Apple Watch (watchOS 26.4) - No Solution from Apple
It’s very worth, it takes a minute to get used to Garmin UI, but otherwise I’ve loved everything about it, I got the vivoactive 6, lasts 11 days and takes no time to charge, I usually charge it when I shower so it’s never even come close to dying

I have the Forerunner 265, I definitely would recommend for anyone who’s active, likes less apps/distractions, and wants long battery life. I think mine is considered a mid tier option whereas the Forerunner 165 and Vivoactive 6 are more entry level.

Help Me Narrow Down My List!
I'm a very active person looking to update my Fitbit Charge 3. While I am quite active, I do not require elite athlete training analytics or anything like that. I run around 3-6 miles at my own pace a few days/week, I cross-train, typically with HIIT classes or workouts at home, I rock climb at a gy

Vívoactive 4 Essential
https://garmin.watchfacebuilder.com/watchface/6476eba4c7b59/
This is watchface made by me, looking almost like the stock digital vívoactive 4 watchface with 6 datafields. Battery is changed to a "circle around" progress bar. Date has added month, and the temperature is in Celsius with added "°C". W

Garmin vívoactive 4S review
The Garmin Vivoactive 4 is a piece of Garmin's scope of touchscreen running watches, and sits in the arrangement as far as both cost and highlights.
The Vivoactive 4 is still fundamentally less expensive than most Fenix and Forerunner options, and brilliant changes to the controls mean you are subs
