Garmin forerunner 955 solar, it’s probably a little out of your budget, it’s 2 generations old but has an insane battery life. I’ve had mine 2 years and I wear it everyday. I can get over 10hrs of GPS running before I need a charge and with no gps a charge is good for close to 2 weeks.

So far the only valuable component of Garmin Connect+ is trails. But even that is not required. Everything else is literally bells and whistles that have no connection to the rest of the functionality.
