I got a Garmin Forerunner 170 last month and now I’m addicted to running and staring at my stats after. The personalized training plans have me excited to wake up and do my run. It really gameified my workout routine.

I just use Garmin! I have a forerunner 170 now. Used to have a forerunner 255. My 255 was on par with my calculated TDEE so I’m not sure if this one underestimates or my previous one overestimated. I think it’s either over/under estimating my calories burned during workouts.
