Suunto Race S Long Term Review

I came from a Polar Pace Pro to Suunto in August last year. Polar forum was very pissed when I wrote a goodbye review about the old watch mentioning how the features offered didn't match the price for an otherwise decent watch...they actually were pretty hostile about it. Whatever. My experience wit

Amazfit Balance vs Garmin Venu3

Personally I would go for the Garmin between these two. The original Balance uses Amazfit's older sensor array which wasn't that accurate or great. Is there a reason why you won't consider the Balance 2? Also, look at the newly released Garmin Forerunner 170.

Cheetah 2 Ultra already in US web store

I think no one understands it. Now we have the cheetah pro with a small screen but almost the same dimensions as the ultra. They could have made them two different sizes like one in 44 other in 48 mm. I bet those custom cnc milled titanium pieces are expensive to manufacture, hence the price and pro

Whoop vs. Forerunner 170

I went from Whoop to Garmin FR 170 also. I can understand your frustration. I switched because I was not convinced whoop is worth the steep cost for what I wanted out of a device. I swim, run, lift, and a few other activities. IMO, the FR 170 is far more useful for training. Yes, whoop UX is more po

Need help picking my first cycling computer

Consider the Garmin Ecosystem if you want to expand your fitness activities later. I've tried quite a few of them but as soon as I expanded into rucking , running and needed a forerunner 170, Garmin Connect website that is able to tie in your load / activities from your cycling and running activitie

Laufuhr

Why 600€ for the Cheetah 2 Pro ?

I never quite understand why Garmin is held up as the gold standard for long-term support. My previous watch was a Garmin Vivoactive 5, and from the moment I bought it, I barely received any feature updates. Look at the Vivoactive 6. Hardware-wise, it’s almost identical to the Vivoactive 5, but with

What’s the most accurate watch for pace and distance? I don’t care about heart rate and other health stuff.

May I know which watch did you end up? I'm currently looking at Pace 4 and Garmin FR 170 but these insights of yours makes me lean towards FR 170 more.

Upgrading to a Pixel 10 or 11 Pro Fold in October

I just got myself a Garmin Forerunner 170 and it is superior to my PW in every way tbh, 10 day battery life and in depth health analysis swayed me.
