Garmin alpha 100 is what I use, the 200 came out right after I got mine and it looks to be even better. I think they have a few different versions of it out now. Massive range, great tracking and it has tone, stim(nip and constant), vibe. We use the tone for long range recall, nip for reinforcement

The Pathfinder 2 is a good unit, but in training scenarios your timing to change stim levels, etc. is severely limited by the handheld and the need to utilize
