Probably to late for the OP but for anyone else coming through afterwards I just replaced the missing hotshoe on my X-T5, unfortunately the newer ones are screwed in from the inside.I called Fujifilm support Australia and the guy gave me an email to contact with the parts i needed.They sent through

Tbh I never had as much of an issue with the Fujifilm ‘worms’ in Lightroom as much as other people seemed to and I try to get as much correct in camera as possible so I’m fairly ambivalent towards both. I didn’t need the 40+mb files the X-T5 spat out though.

X-T5 is big.
