Photographers who went from Full Frame to APS-C?
I worked as a photographer for ~40 years. In 2013 I switched from Canon FF to Fujifilm, because I needed lighter weight equipment to continue to be physically able to work. The early Fuji cameras had fine image quality but terrible autofocus and user interfaces. But those things improved and the ima

I sorta quit photography by accident.
Get a Fujifilm and call it your creative therapist. There's an awesome community for film simulations and if you are only shooting to capture memories, it's a great camera system for that. I have the X-T5 and an Sony A7RIVA for both purposes. Great images for paying clients too. Cheaper than full fr

Owned/shoot both X-T5 and Zf? Regrets for travel & street vs full-frame performance?
I also contemplated these very same options, and I chose the X-T5. The X-T5 is more than all the features you listed, it is access to the entire Fujifilm X-System. The body, sensor and user experience of the X-T5 are only half the reason for my purchase; the X Mount prime lenses were the other. The

Full frame v. Crop Sensor Image Quality?
I just jumped from Fuji XF (X-T5) to Nikon FX (Z5 ii). I loved Fuji, shot it for nearly 5 years, and owned almost all of their lenses at one point or another. So why did I move to Nikon? Because I found that 95% of my shooting with my Fuji (as opposed to my Ricoh pocket cams) was either in service o

First prime lens?
I'm a fan of the 23mm wr f2. It's pretty decent quality and not large in any way. And it's very fun to shoot due to its design (can't quite explain that but it is). At 35mm fov, it's super versatile. You can use the digital zoom on the x-t5 and increase your composition choices for a prime and the 4

13 years in London, first time at the Richmond riverside - and what a day!
Ta! This was on a Fujifilm X-T5 and a Viltrox 27mm f/1.2. Fantastic lens, but a bit large and heavy.

Is Fujifilm enough for a career in photography?
Short answer: Yes, Fuji is enough. I shoot documentary family, event and wedding photography on Fuji and the smaller size and retro style are great for my documentary style (the camera is perceived as less intrusive). That said, I have upgraded to the X-T5 at some point for the considerably better A

Planning to buy first camera
If you can wait for the Fujifilm X-T50, it's amazing. It is as good as the X-T5 but at a lower cost and gives you the complete flexibility in a very very nice form factor.

Moving from Sony to either Fuji or OM....the OM-3 seems to have everything I want, but....the "Fuji color" and other features are making me second guess
I would go for best feel in your hand. For big hands - Fujifilm xt2-xt5 fits my hand the best. Then is Nikon z5-z7. Those feel the best for me. But my favorite camera to carry daily is the OM5 and my favorite lens is the 12-35, 15mm f1.7 and the 25mm f1.4 (Monster portrait lens....amazing separation

Please help me decide on a lens for the XT5
For travel, I could (and do) most of my shots with the 16-56 2.8-4.8. it's a good lens and overall pretty compact for what it is. I also like the 23mm 2.0 for low light (night etc) to complement the zoom lens which is fine in good light but it moves away from 2.8 pretty quickly as you zoom. The 23mm
