Learning photography for 1st time: Fujifilm X100VI or better another camera?

I'd actually recommend against the X100VI as your first camera, even though it's hugely popular. The X100VI's 23mm f/2 (35mm equivalent) is a great focal length, but as a beginner, you need to discover what YOU like shooting and what focal lengths work for your style. Being locked into one lens mean

XT50 or XT 30 iii for first fujifilm?

You will not produce nicer photos with the X-T50. Here's the difference between 40mp and 44x33 medium format 102mp, when viewed on web/socials. The difference between the 26mp and 40mp are even less unless you are pushing at the very very limits of cropping while trying to print. Anyone who is sayin

Whinge: Fuji no longer has an entry-level

I think Fujifilm really messed up with this generation’s budget models like the X-T50 and X-E5. They could’ve easily stuck with the older sensor (or even the lower-resolution one from the H2S) and just added IBIS. A few years ago, if you wanted to buy a Fuji, you had clear options: entry-level lines

Did I buy the wrong Camera?

The X-S20 is a really underrated camera. It's a very good hybrid with impressive photo and video specs. The reason you won't see a ton of people using it among Fuji shooters is because Fujifilm isn't generally a strong video system, and a ton of people come for the retro look of the camera bodies. T

help me choose a fuji camera

Judging from your photos, i think that you would be quite happy with a Fujifilm camera. One great thing about the X-series cameras is that they all use the same lens mount, so you can easily upgrade the body while keeping all of your lenses. As for the body itself, others have already given you some

Tell me which one i should get & why???

What do you mean by the autofocus being a bit outdated? It's the same AI-driven autofocus as any Fujifilm camera with the X-Trans 5 sensor. The X-T5, XE-5, X100VI, X-T50, and X-H2 all share the same sensor and autofocus. My understanding is that the only variables in AF performance among these camer

Going crazy over choosing a Fujifilm Camera

After a lot of research and many trials and errors I’ve finally landed on my honest conclusion in this whole Fujifilm dilemma. I started with the X-T10 (probably the most fun and unique camera I’ve owned). I sold it, then moved to the X-T3, which was great. After that came a brand-new X-T30 III just

At a loss for camera purchase

X-S20 might be the "rational" choice but photography isn't always rational. What camera do you want to use? What camera gets you excited? The X-S20 might not make the most sense to you, because you seem to like the X-T form factor more! And the X-T50 has a newer sensor and more features than the X-T

Xt-50 or Xt-5?

If you want the latest sensor and best AF, go with the Fujifilm X‑T50. If you prefer better ergonomics, weather sealing and dual card slots, the x-T5 is the more complete camera. For street/landscape/macro, I personally would pick the X-T5.
