Should i buy xm5?

Great photos on your iPhone 13 Pro. You will do well moving over to a Fuji body. The X-M5 is well priced package. Hard to beat for buying new. Older Fujis will still have pretty close image quality as advancements in sensor tech hasn’t really changed that much. For instance an image from an X-T2 or

Fuji X-H2S

I've owned an X-H2s for three years and wouldn't recommend it for your purposes. Compared to the X-T3, it offers no significant advantages that would justify the high price. I originally come from Nikon and photograph surfing and water sports, among other things. The autofocus on the X-H2s is disapp

Black and White Canon PowerShot g10 | Edited

That first image is really otherworldly. Like from the liminal space. I like it a lot! I recently bought a used G9 on eBay myself. Haven't shot much yet, other than two walks with my mom and her dog, while it had snowed here. I am kinda uninspired and often find my photos boring, so it's hard to fin

Fuji X-H2S

The autofocus got fixed, so this should be a problem anymore. Also if you just record for yourself and don't plan to shoot commercially, this wouldn't have been that much of an issue anyway. However, I also think that the X-T3 would do fine. Maybe consider an X-T3. Image quality is nice on every Fuj

First ever camera XT-2 + XF 16-80mm f/4 - $860

By problem, I’m taking they mean the lens extends just due to gravity. This is a fairly common issue with this lens and typically it just means the lens just slowly extends. Confirm how fast it extends. Shutter count isn’t that huge you can get hundreds of thousands on these bodies. The X-T2 is one

Anyone here switch from Nikon to Fuji?

I have done Nikon DSLR (D60, then D700) -> Fuji Mirrorless (X-T1, then X-T2 + X-H1) -> Nikon Mirrorless with a Fuji side camera (Z6 + X-Pro2) and honestly, the Fujifilm system is great an all, but I feel like there are a couple downsides. The first one for me is the lenses. ANd I know how it sounds

Not having fun with my X-T3- am I doing it wrong?

The latest models have really good autofocus. I have the X-T5 and came from Canon 5D, 6D, and EOS R mirrorless and find the autofocus with the latest firmware from mid last year pretty good. Sony and Co are better, but Fujifilm is very usable even for my running kids. Photography is not all about au

Shot a documentary on a mirrorless Fuji XH2, & it blew my mind 🤯

Fujifilm is extremely underrated for video. I've been saying that since the xt3 and I'm still saying that now, with the h2s. Great colors, great battery, flog is good, codecs are flexible as f, internal prores is awesome, the camera is fast, compact, intuitive and the price is spot on. The main prob

x100vi vs. gr iii vs. Zf - as a parent

Oh you asked for it... It's story therapy time. I struggled for the past 6 years to find an affordable lightweight yet capable camera for weekend adventures, family, hiking, & travel. Pre 2018 I was using a Canon 7D Mark II for professional work and had a Canon M50 for personal use. After the 7D shu

Fast Auto Focus cameras?

As someone who owns a Nikon F100, I have used it for shooting motorsports (F1, F2, IndyCar, and Rally), as well as some wildlife, and its autofocus has performed better than that of my digital Fujifilm XT3. Without a question, the F100 has some of the best autofocus you can get for a film camera (ma
