When you say f1.4 you mean using them wide open? With the infamously bad Fujifilm autofocus I find it very difficult to shoot that open (x-s10).

(1) On those images, the shutter speed seems pretty low. If you want tack sharp images, it probably has to be higher (at least 1/500, probably more 1/800 or 1/1000). AF performance is my only grief with Fujifilm. I believe that the X-S10 has a similar performance to the X100V. Action shots with the kids are very difficult and I have to throw away a lot of pictures when I do them... But I do get nice pictures of my kids.
