X-M5 would be a great option. Don’t worry about the lack of IBIS. The lens it comes with, and quite a few lenses you’ll be using with it, will have OIS (basically IBIS but inside the lens instead). The others will be fast lenses which help mitigate the need, and there are ways to get by without IBIS

If you are bothered with the autofocus you must get a sony since people often report sony having the best focus. For a pocketable options perhaps sony zv-1 or rx100vii - compact point and shoots - they both have same sensor so zv-1 is more affordable. Or, fuji x-m5 with pankace lens. Abit pricier fu
