Welcome to photography. With your budget, all of these can work, but they’re very different cameras. If you want to learn photography seriously, I’d focus on a mirrorless camera with interchangeable lenses. The Sony a6400 and Fujifilm X-M5 are the strongest choices here. The a6400 has excellent auto

To do various things? Fujifilms X-M5 is a great camera, it's the same price but it still needs a lens. But it does great video, photos, has lots of features more than then X-Half. Has the film simulators. It doesn't have the same rangefinder style body or a EVF. if you value the aesthetic and rangef

You’re asking a really good question and honestly both choices make sense, it just depends on what you really want from your photos. iPhone 17 Pro MaxIf your goal is convenience, instant sharing, and everyday use, the 17 Pro Max is a very strong choice. It’s a powerful camera in your pocket that wil

This is incorrect. The XT-50 does not have three spaces on the film sim dial to save full recipes. You can only save other basic film simulations to the FS1-FS3 slots and all film recipe settings on XT-50 have to be accessed by setting the film sim dial to C and using the Q menu. OP, The XT-30iii an

I was in the exact same spot just a few months ago. I distinctly remember falling out of love with photography around last August, outside of work as a freelance photographer/videographer, I just didn’t feel motivated to shoot at all. That’s when I started looking for ways to reignite that spark, an

Thanks for your comment; I really like applying filters to photos, that's why Fuji catches my attention the most, so the X-M5 is the most logical step for now. One question: Both on the previous iPhone and on the current phone, I like to take photos at x2 or x3; what lens would I need then on a came

If travel and portability are your top priorities, both are good choices, but they are actually very different cameras and not directly comparable. The RX100 VII is all about convenience. It’s super compact and lightweight, easy to bring anywhere, and you don’t need to think about lenses or extra ge

Sorry you had to go through that. With €800 used, Fujifilm can absolutely give you that film-like character. If you want the best everyday all-rounder experience, I’d look at the used X-S10 first. You get a previous generation tech but with an EVF, great ergonomics, and IBIS. It’s one of the most pi

It's nice to have one of these coz the quality of the pics are better than the phone's, that's if you know how to use them. The Lumix and Canon are just a point-and-shoot cameras (considerably easier to use) while Fujifilm is a mirrorless cam--you should know the basics like ISO, aperture, shutter s
