It’s a combination of a lot of things, the EVF is worse, no OVF, buttons/controls all feel cheap, body feels cheap, has a film sim dial which I had on my x-t50 and didn’t like. And not having a 23mm f2 is a huge loss. If you want a zoom lens then x-t5 is a better choice. IMO x-e5 as a package doesn’

I had s9 silver on launch + 50mm f1.8 deal. Kept the 50mm sold the s9 due to lack of evf and mechanical shutter. I hate to watch out shutter speed for random banding.
