If Leica didn't exist, what other brand would you be using?
Hasselblad. Ive got a few cameras from a few different brands... excluding my Leica stuff, some of those cameras include a Nikon D850, Fujifilm X-T4/X-E3/X100V, Hasselblad 500 C/M, Nikon F/F2/FM/FM2, then a bunch of Olympus and Canon and some other brands. My Leica Ms are by far my most used cameras

New body
And now for something completely different. Buy the best used M5 you can find and keep you sick one for parts. I’ve just gone through a a two month analysis paralysis over switching camera systems. My Fujifilm XE3 and I have never really bonded. I loaned it to my son for a couple of years and he did

If you want to get Fujifilm on a budget you just have to look for deals on the second hand market :/ Last year I was

Why did you chose Nikon ?
I chose Nikon because that’s what my father chose for work. The OM just came out and it was really between the OM-1 and a Nikkormat FTn. Canon was just starting to go after the professional market, Miranda, Pentax, Konica, Minolta all were good, but not F/F2 great. While I’ve owned a small OM-1 kit,

Switching from Olympus M4/3 to Fujifilm? X-E3 vs. X-T4 Dilemma
Hi, I have made the opposite switch (with some full frame time in between). Yes, Fujifilm cameras are great. I still have 3 of them. No, I don't think they are particuilarly better than MFT options. Worse, sometimes I feel like MFT is a simply better rounded sysyem, with small / cheap bodies that ha
