I had the same issue with these. Try the Focal Bathys MG. Better sound and far more comfortable. The Focals stayed and b&ws went back.

I have PX8 S2 McLaren edition, Bathys , Bathys MG, Clear MG, Elegia, Celestee, Hadenys, Azurys, B&O H100 and a lot of others headphones. I Also compared all of them against PX8 S2.... if you have the money to spend , Go for Bang Olufsen H100, they have leather, Amazing ANC, They are comfortable, etc

My first introduction to Focal was at a local audio store. I tried every headphone they had on display there, ranging from the Bathys through the Clear MG to the Utopia. I've added the latter two to my collection since then, and they are two of my three headphones. I absolutely love Focal.

If you think that's bad, you should see what actual cheap ones feel like. I don't think the QCU2s are that bad. If you want more premium stuff, you need to jump up to the next tier of audiophile wireless headphones. B&W PX8 S2, Focal Bathys MG, Dali IO-12, etc.
